The core purpose of the Board and Management Team is to make good decisions. However, it is the process of decision making that is often said to be more important than the actual decision itself!
Before our workshop, you are asked to complete a confidential assessment of biases and personality-related questions. Individual results are strictly confidential and will not be shared.
However, the management team’s average and distribution of the biases will be presented and discussed in the workshop.
The results of all questions that are personality-related will not be discussed at the management level and are used in the workshop to explain how they could affect biases.

Before you start please have the code we provided ready
